Br. Dominic Finneran, OFM, 95 years of age, a professed Franciscan friar for 74 years, died on Monday morning, Sept. 16, 2013, at Marian Manor in South Boston, Mass.
He will be waked at Arch Street on Wednesday, Sept. 18, from 4 to 5 pm in the First Floor Church. There will be a wake service at 5 pm.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday, Sept. 19, at 10 am in the Second Floor Church. Br. Dominic will be buried privately after the Mass in the friars' plot in St. Joseph Cemetery in West Roxbury, Mass.
