In celebration of the feast of St. Francis of Assisi, you and your pets are invited to our traditional Franciscan Blessing of the Animals, Sunday, Sept. 29 at 2 pm.
All leashed or crated, well-behaved animals are welcome. There will be general blessing, followed by individual blessings for each animal.
If you unable to bring your pet, you are invited to bring photographs or ashes.
(Note that Arch Street will be closed from noon to 5 pm so that we might do the blessing in front of the Shrine.)
