Pictured here are two binders of documents related to the ongoing mechanical overhaul project which is scheduled for completion on June 30, 2015. What could all of that paper possible be about? Among the items: past energy bills, mechanical drawings, competitive bids, contracts, timelines, point lists, cost calculations, communication, specifications, and descriptions and pictures of the outgoing and incoming equipment. This project is carefully planned and we’re extremely grateful to the various volunteer groups that have put time into it. I am currently having meetings with the Boston Building Trades Managers about what they might be able to contribute to this project. I am still welcoming conversations with potential donors and volunteer trades people.
