Send the friars your prayer requests

The Franciscan friars at St. Anthony Shrine are happy to pray for your intentions in our community prayer. Include your intention below, and it will be placed in the friars’ chapel at the Shrine.

For over 800 years, since our founding by St. Francis of Assisi, Franciscan friars have been praying for the intentions of those who ask. Whatever your prayer need — whether depression, grieving, unemployment or illness — finding peace of mind provides a foundation of strength to address the problems that face you. We stand with you to help you do that through our prayers.

There are three methods to leave prayer requests with the Franciscan friars:

  1. You can write your intention on the form below.
  2. You can leave an intentions as a voice message at the prayer request line 857-206-7209.
  3. You can write an intention on the clipboard in the lobby of the shrine.

The friars will pray for the intentions of all who ask regardless of how we receive those requests. The friars are pleased to do this as our gift to you.
