A ministry close to our hearts here at the Shrine is the Lazarus Ministry. This is where we provide provide a funeral Mass and burial for those who are abandoned or forgotten. For adults, we hold the funeral Mass at our regular 10 AM daily Mass. For abandoned children, we hold the Mass in private, in the Friars’ Chapel, attended only by the Friars and staff of the Shrine.
This morning, we will be holding just such a private Mass for three abandoned babies. We ask that you join us in praying for these poor babies.
