Veterans Ministry

St. Anthony Shrine welcomes Veterans from the New England Center for Homeless Veterans for a monthly Veterans appreciation lunch.

A special meal is prepared by Shrine Chef Kevin Keiley and is served by fellow Veteran volunteers. Guests, volunteers and the Franciscan Friars of St Anthony Shrine sit down together and enjoy a meal. Stories and laughs are shared and guests learn about other ministries and services that are available to them at the Shrine such as the Franciscan Food Center, the Father Mychal Judge Recovery Center, Spiritual Direction and counseling services.
